If you would like to submit an application for one of our apartments or mini storage units, click the link below and fill out the application then print it. Fax it to us (229) 388-8795. The application must be notarized and we require a $35 application fee for processing purposes. If you choose to fax your application, the PayNow button can be used to pay for the application fee through a credit card transactions (there will be an extra $2 charge).
